For more than fifty years, the founder of the hotel, Mrs. Maria Teresa Isern, has left her legacy in our cuisine. Simplicity and quality are the fundamental traits of the 'cerdana' gastronomy. It's no surprise then that 'el tiró amb naps' (roast duck with turnips) and 'el trinxat amb rosta' (mashed winter cabbage & potato with fried rashers of white bacon) are the most outstanding dishes. A perfect moment to savour these and other foods is the Soirées Cerdanyes, organized regularly, in which as well as enjoying different dishes, people get in touch with the culture, the music and the traditional dances of the High Pyrenees.
