At Muntanya Hotel you can enjoy food without gluten. Many years ago we care that celiacs could enjoy our cuisine.

The dishes without gluten are marked in the buffet with a red sticker and you can eat them without any danger.

If you need fried potatoes you may only ask tho the waiter and we will cook them at the moment. If you want some soup, pasta or bread you must ask for that previously to the head waiter or at the reception area.

The jelly of the desserts does not have gluten and about the ice creams you can easily notice its content by the label. 

For breakfast you can also ask to the waiter by bread, bakery and cereals. The ham, sausage , cheese, marmalade and cocoa are totally free of gluten.
